The True TSSU-72-30M-B-ST-HC mega top sandwich/salad prep table is a 72" refrigerated prep unit designed for high-volume sandwich, salad, deli, and ingredient prep stations. Its mega top layout includes 30 sixth-size pans, giving operators a wide selection of chilled ingredients within reach during service.
This model features two stainless steel insulated covers, an 8-7/8" deep cutting board, stainless steel top, front, and sides, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. The self-contained R290 refrigeration system is designed to hold food pans and cabinet interior temperatures between 33°F and 41°F, while the three-door refrigerated base provides additional storage below the prep area.
