The Cres Cor HC1-UA-11 HotCube heated holding cabinet is a 3/4 height mobile cabinet designed for outdoor food holding. Its propane-powered heating system delivers 8,700 BTU of heat and safely holds prepared foods up to 200°F, making it a strong option for outdoor service, catered events, concessions, and mobile foodservice operations.
This insulated cabinet is built with a stainless steel interior, aluminum exterior, interior coved corners, push/pull handles, and a stainless steel latch. Eleven sets of locking transport pan angles adjust on 1-1/2" centers, allowing the cabinet to hold up to 22 steam table pans or 11 full-size sheet pans. Heavy-duty 8" pneumatic casters help the cabinet move across outdoor surfaces, with two braked casters for stability during use.
