The EMW-2100BT commercial microwave delivers 2,100 watts of cooking power for demanding foodservice operations. Its 1.2-cu.-ft. stainless steel cooking chamber accommodates a platter up to 14 inches in diameter and uses dual magnetrons with top-and-bottom rotating antennas for consistent heating.
Touch controls provide five power levels, 10 preset cooking options, storage for up to 100 custom programs, three-stage cooking, and an X2 quantity button. The stackable stainless steel cabinet includes a glass door, interior light, LED display, cleanable air filter, and removable ceiling splatter shield.
