The DFG1000-XL D-Shield glove helps protect the supporting hand during commercial cutting, slicing, and food-preparation tasks. Its extra-large, ambidextrous design can be worn on either the left or right hand.
The seamless 10-gauge knit uses Dyneema fibers wrapped around a stainless-steel core to provide ANSI A4 cut resistance without the bulk of a conventional metal-mesh glove. The glove is machine washable for repeated commercial use.
