The C539-CFC-4-BU C5 3 Series proofer is a full-height mobile insulated cabinet designed for commercial foodservice and bakery operations. It features Blue Insulation Armour, a clear polycarbonate door, fixed wire slides, and a removable bottom-mount control module.
This mobile proofer includes a thermostat adjustable up to 200F and holds either 18 full-size 18 in. x 26 in. pans or 34 food pans measuring 12 in. x 20 in. x 2-1/2 in. It operates on 120V power and includes 5 in. casters, with two braking casters.
