The ACIB17508 immersion blender blends, chops, and purees ingredients directly in pots, pitchers, and containers. Its 8 in. stainless steel shaft reaches into batches up to 5 gallons, making it useful for soups, sauces, dressings, and purees.
The handheld unit uses a 175W, 1/2 HP, two-speed motor with an operating range of approximately 10,000 to 14,000 RPM. A rubberized grip supports control during extended preparation tasks.
