Product Overview
The Comstock 2B31N double-stacked bake ovens provide two gas oven cavities in a compact 36" wide frame, making them a practical choice for bakeries, restaurants, schools, churches, concessions, and other commercial kitchens that need dependable baking capacity without a full-size convection oven footprint.
Each oven cavity includes two wire baking racks with three rack positions, giving operators flexibility for baking, roasting, and holding. The unit features a stainless steel exterior finish, porcelain and aluminized oven lining, a 150°F to 550°F thermostat range with safety shut-off, and 60,000 BTU total output across the two oven cavities.
